Vendakka Pachadi

Fried lady`s finger in yoghurt

Ingredients
  

  • 100 gm Lady`s finger thinly sliced, Vendakka
  • 2 nos Green chillies sliced lengthwise
  • 4 - Curry leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 cup Yoghurt
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Splutter mustard seeds.
  • Add curry leaves, green chillies and lady`s finger.
  • Fry for a few minutes, until lady`s finger turn crispy and light brown.
  • Add turmeric and salt.
  • Turn off the heat after 2 minutes.
  • Add the fried lady`s finger into the yoghurt and mix well.
  • :- Serve with rice/ rotis.
