Mushroom Stir Fry Easy

Ingredients
  

  • 500 gm Mushroom finely chopped
  • 1 no Onion finely chopped, large
  • 3 nos Garlic pods crushed
  • 3 nos Green chillies finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Grated coconut
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin powder optional, Jeerakam
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • Curry leaves A few
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in pan.
  • Add mustard seeds and when they crackle, add curry leaves.
  • Add onion and saute, till it starts to change colour.
  • Add the chopped mushroom, garlic and green chillies along with salt.
  • Fry, until the mushroom is cooked and tender and all water has evaporated.
  • Handmix grated coconut with coriander powder, cumin powder and a little water [to soften].
  • Add this to the cooked mushroom.
  • Cover and cook for some more time.
  • :- Serve hot with rice.
