Kerala Ulli Bajji | Onion Bajji

Ingredients
  

  • 3 nos Onions
  • 6 nos Green chillies
  • 1 cup Gram flour Kadala podi
  • Salt As reqd
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Chop onions (length-wise) and green chillies.
  • Make a thick batter with gram flour.
  • Mix onions and green chillies in batter along with salt.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Pour a spoon of the batter into the hot oil and fry the bajjis.
  • Drain on a paper towel.
  • :- You can substitute onion with potato or baingan slices but use chilly powder instead of green chillies.
  • Enjoy the delicious snack with hot tea.
