Make a paste with ginger, garlic and green chillies.
Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan.
Add chopped onions and salt.
When they turn brown, add ginger-garlic-green chilly paste and curry leaves.
After a minute, add pepper powder, maida and 1/2 of the coconut milk.
Add 1/2 cup water and bring it to a boil.
When it starts to boil, add fish and turmeric powder.
Cook in a low flame.
When the fish is fully cooked, add rest of the coconut milk
Cook further for a minute. Add , garam masala and coriander leaves.
