Cut the boiled eggs into 2 equal parts.
Seperate out the yellow mass and keep aside.
Make a paste of green chillies and ginger.
Heat oil in a heavy pan.
Add chopped onions and salt.
When the onions turn brown, add ginger-chilly paste.
Add the yellow mass and pepper powder to this and mix well.
Cook for 2 min on a low flame.
Add coriander leaves or curry leaves.
Take each half of egg white and fill it with the above mixture to make 10 egg shaped bondas.
Mix maida with water and a little salt to make a thick batter.
Dip the egg bondas into the maida mix.
Heat oil in a pan.
Put the egg bondas and deep fry them.
