Heat a little oil or ghee in a pan.
Fry the sliced onions until golden.
Add the ground mixture to this and fry well, until the raw smell of the ground onion goes and the mixture turns brownish.
Add mushrooms & fry for some
time.
Add tomato & fry.
Add rice & fry for sometime.
Add water which should be double the quantity of rice.
Cover & cook till the rice is done.
When the rice is almost done, add a tbsp of lemon juice, coriander leaves & mint leaves.
Close & cook for another 5 minutes.
