Bread Laddu

Small laddus made with bread and coconut

Ingredients
  

  • 12 slices Bread
  • 1 cup Desiccated coconut
  • 5 tsp Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Cut bread into small pieces in a wide skillet.
  • Add sugar, milk and coconut.
  • Knead them together to make it into a thick dough.
  • Make small lemon sized balls off the above dough.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Fry them in oil until light brown.
