Cheesy Puffs

Ingredients
  

  • 500 gm Potatoes boiled
  • 250 gm Peas shelled
  • 150 gm Carrots grated
  • 1 tsp Coriander leaves
  • 5 nos Green chillies
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  • 6 tsp Allpurpose flour Maida
  • 7 tbsp Bread crumbs
  • 2 tsp Lime juice
  • 25 gm Cheese
  • Salt As reqd
  • 100 gm Butter
  • 6 tbsp Cream
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Mix together boiled peas, salt, pepper and lime juice and keep them in refrigerator.
  • Mix together butter, cheese and cream and keep it in the freezer.
  • Mash potatoes and add to it carrots, coriander leaves, green chillies, peas mixture, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  • Take a little mixture at a time on your palm.
  • Fill in the frozen cream and make rolls.
  • Make a thin batter by mixing water and maida.
  • Dip the above rolls in batter and roll them on bread crumbs.
  • Deep fry the rolls in hot oil.
