Ingredients
- Potatoes(boiled) - 500 gm
- Peas(shelled) - 250 gm
- Carrots(grated) - 150 gm
- Coriander leaves - 1 tsp
- Green chillies - 5 nos
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Allpurpose flour(Maida) - 6 tsp
- Bread crumbs - 7 tbsp
- Lime juice - 2 tsp
- Cheese - 25 gm
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Butter - 100 gm
- Cream - 6 tbsp
- Oil for frying -

Instructions
- Mix together boiled peas, salt, pepper and lime juice and keep them in refrigerator.
- Mix together butter, cheese and cream and keep it in the freezer.
- Mash potatoes and add to it carrots, coriander leaves, green chillies, peas mixture, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Take a little mixture at a time on your palm.
- Fill in the frozen cream and make rolls.
- Make a thin batter by mixing water and maida.
- Dip the above rolls in batter and roll them on bread crumbs.
- Deep fry the rolls in hot oil.
