Boil onions in a vessel.
Make a paste of the boiled onions, cashewnuts and poppy seeds.
Heat ghee in a pan.
Add garlic paste and saute for a min or so.
Add coriander powder and chilly powder and saute till the poke goes.
Add chopped tomatoes and saute.
Add ginger, green chillies and coriander leaves. Saute for at least 5 minutes.
Add the chicken pieces and mix well.
Add salt as reqd.
Cook chicken on low flame.
Once chicken is cooked, add garam masala, kasoori methi and the boiled onion paste and mix well.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
