Mango Kichadi Kerala Style

Manga Kichadi prepare in Kerala Style

Ingredients
  

  • 1 no Green mango small
  • 2 tbsp Coconut grated
  • 1 no Green chilly
  • Salt As reqd
  • 4 tbsp Yoghurt/Curd
  • 1 tsp Coconut oil
  • Mustard seeds A pinch
  • 1 no Dry red chilliy Kollamulaku
  • 1 stalk Curry leaves

Instructions
 

  • Cut the mango into fine pieces.
  • Grind it with the grated coconut, green chilly and salt.
  • Mix it well with yoghurt.
  • Heat coconut oil in a kadai or a pan.
  • Add mustard seeds, curry leaves and the red chilly.
  • When it starts to splutter, remove from fire.
  • Add the above mixture of mango and yoghurt to this and mix well.
  • :- Serve with hot rice.
