Curry leaves
Instructions
Cut the mango into fine pieces.
Grind it with the grated coconut, green chilly and salt.
Mix it well with yoghurt.
Heat coconut oil in a kadai or a pan.
Add mustard seeds, curry leaves and the red chilly.
When it starts to splutter, remove from fire.
Add the above mixture of mango and yoghurt to this and mix well.
:- Serve with hot rice.
