Mango Kichadi Kerala Style Manga Kichadi prepare in Kerala Style 1 no Green mango (small)2 tbsp Coconut (grated)1 no Green chillySalt (As reqd)4 tbsp Yoghurt/Curd1 tsp Coconut oilMustard seeds (A pinch)1 no Dry red chilliy (Kollamulaku)1 stalk Curry leaves Cut the mango into fine pieces.Grind it with the grated coconut, green chilly and salt.Mix it well with yoghurt.Heat coconut oil in a kadai or a pan.Add mustard seeds, curry leaves and the red chilly.When it starts to splutter, remove from fire.Add the above mixture of mango and yoghurt to this and mix well.:- Serve with hot rice.
