Kaduku Mango Pickle Kaduku Mango Pickle 1 no Mango1 tbsp Red chilly powder1 tsp Mustard seeds1 tsp Fenugreek powder (Uluva)Asafoetida powder (A pinch, Kayam)4 tbsp Sesame oil (Ellanna)Salt (As reqd) Wash and clean the mango.Cut it into small pieces without cutting through the seed.Sprinkle a lot of salt and leave it overnight.Heat oil in a pan.Add mustard seeds and fenugreek powder.When it starts to splutter, remove from fire.Add chilly powder and asafoetida and stir well.:- Make sure that the chilly powder doen¦t get burnt.Add the mango pieces and stir well.:- Store in clean, dry air tight containers for future use.
