Ingredients
  

  • 500 gm Good fleshy fish
  • 1/2 cup Allpurpose flour Maida
  • 1 no Egg
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1/2 cup Roasted bread crumbs

Instructions
 

  • Clean the fish thoroughly.
  • Slice the fish into long finger like pieces.
  • Appy salt and half the pepper powder and keep it for about 1 hour.
  • Beat the egg.
  • Add maida to it and bring it to a dripping consistency. (Add water if necessary).
  • Add salt and the remaining pepper to this batter and mix well.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan.
  • Dip the fish pieces in the batter, roll it in the bread crumbs.
  • Deep fry them in hot oil.
