Egg Chilly Fry

Fried masala topped with cooked eggs

Ingredients
  

  • 3 nos Eggs
  • 1 no Onion finely chopped, big
  • 2 nos Green chillies chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt As reqd
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a frying pan.
  • Add the chopped onions and fry for 2 minutes.
  • Add the chopped chillies, turmeric powder and salt and fry for another minute.
  • Spread this evenly on the frying pan.
  • Break the eggs one by one on top of this onion masala. Do not break the yolks as it looks unattractive.
  • Cover the pan and cook this on low flame, till the yolks are cooked.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
