Rava Adai Easy

Dosas made with Semolina(Rava) and carrots

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Semolina Sooji/Rava
  • 1 cup Carrot grated
  • 1 cup Coconut grated
  • 1/2 cup Coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 2-3 nos Green chillies finely chopped
  • Salt As reqd
  • Oil As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Mix together all the ingredients along with little water to make it into a thick batter.
  • Heat a griddle or dosa tawa.
  • Pour one ladle of the above batter and pat it by hand into a round shape.
  • Pour oil all round the edges.
  • Turn it and cook the other side too.
  • Remove from the tawa when fully cooked.
