Carrot
grated

Coconut
grated

Coriander leaves
finely chopped
2-3
nos
Green chillies
finely chopped
Salt
As reqd
Oil
As reqd
Instructions
Mix together all the ingredients along with little water to make it into a thick batter.
Heat a griddle or dosa tawa.
Pour one ladle of the above batter and pat it by hand into a round shape.
Pour oil all round the edges.
Turn it and cook the other side too.
Remove from the tawa when fully cooked.
