for stuffing
Thymol
A little, Ajwain

Instructions
Cut the chillies lengthwise and deseed them.
Soak them in salt water for half an hour.
Remove the chillies from water and place them on a tissue paper.
Mix together gram dal and water and make it into a thick gravy.
Add baking soda and salt.
Stuff the chillies with finely chopped onions.
Heat oil in a pan.
Dip the stuffed chillies in the gravy.
Put them into the hot oil and fry them like aloo bajjis.
