Instructions
Wash, clean and cut the vegetables.
Boil them till soft but not mashy.
Chop shrimps.
Take out milk from coconut with 100ml of water. Take out 2 extracts with 600ml of water and 400ml of water respectively.
Grind together peppercorns, green chillies, cumin and turmeric to a fine paste.
Heat oil in a thick bottomed pan.
Add ground masala and fry for a minute.
Add second extract and simmer for 15 minutes.
Mix corn flour with a little water and add to the gravy.
