Jeera Rice

Rice with the flavour of jeera

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Basmati Rice
  • 3 tbsp Ghee
  • 2 tsp Cumin seeds Jeerakam
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper Powder
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Cook rice and allow it to cool. Add 1 tsp of ghee to rice.
  • Slightly crush the cumin seeds.
  • Heat ghee in a pan.
  • Add crushed cumin seeds and pepper powder and fry till the aroma comes.
  • Add rice and salt.
  • :- Serve hot.
