Goa Poha Dosa

Dosa made with Rice flakes(Aval/Poha)

Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 cups Rice
  • 1 cup Black gram Uzhunnuparippu
  • 1/4 cup Rice flakes Aval/Poha
  • 2 tsp Cumin seeds Jeerakam
  • 2 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Soak rice and black gram dal separately for 4-5 hours.
  • Soak cumin seeds and poha for 45 minutes.
  • Grind all ingredients and make a fine batter. Keep the batter overnight.

  • Add salt.
  • Make dosas as usual.
  • :- Serve with batata(potato) palya and chutney.
