Mango Chutney

Chutney made with raw mango

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Raw Mango
  • 1 cup Grated Coconut
  • 2 nos Green chillies
  • Salt As reqd

For Seasoning:

  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • Asafoetida A pinch, Kayam

Instructions
 

  • Cut raw mango into small pieces.
  • Grind it with grated coconut by adding little water, one green chilly and salt.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. When it splutters, add asafoetida and pieces of the other green chilly.
  • Pour it on the chutney.
