Chutney made with raw mango

For Seasoning:


  • Cut raw mango into small pieces.
  • Grind it with grated coconut by adding little water, one green chilly and salt.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. When it splutters, add asafoetida and pieces of the other green chilly.
  • Pour it on the chutney.

    I tried it came out good for me,I like sour taste so reduced the coconut little bit.It was good.
