For seasoning:

Asafoetida
A pinch, Kayam

Mustard seeds
Instructions
Grind together grated coconut, green chillies and coriander leaves along with a little water and salt.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add the ingredients for seasoning.
Pour it on the ground coconut.
