For seasoning:

Instructions
Pressure cook beetroot and grate it.
Grind grated coconut adding water.
Mix yoghurt and buttermilk nicely.
Add salt and sugar.
Add grated beetroot and mix well.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add all the ingredients for seasoning.
Pour this over the prepared buttermilk raita.
:- Serve with plain rice.
