Ingredients
  

  • 4 nos Chicken breasts or thighs boneless

Ingredients for marinade:

  • 4 tbsp Yoghurt/Curd
  • 2 tbsp Heavy cream
  • 3 tsp Ginger paste
  • 3 tsp Garlic paste
  • 2 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1/2 cup Coriander leaves
  • Salt As reqd
  • Butter for basting

Instructions
 

  • For preparing Malai Chicken Tikka, first blend together all the ingredients for marinade at high speed in a blender.
  • Make deep cuts in the chicken with fork.
  • Apply the marinade mixture on the chicken pieces and marinate for 1 hour.
  • Grill chicken pieces on medium high for 5-8 minutes on each side.
  • Bast with butter in between.
  • :- You can also bake chicken pieces in an oven for 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
