Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 lbs Fish
  • Coconut milk from 1/2 coconut
  • 1 no Onion small & chopped
  • Black pepper As reqd
  • 1/2 bunch Coriander leaves
  • Salt As reqd
  • 2-3 Whole red pepper
  • 2-3 Flour

Instructions
 

  • Cut the fishes into long pieces.
  • Roll the fish in flour that has been heavily seasoned with black pepper and salt.
  • Fry in hot oil.
  • Remove and drain fish.
  • Bring the coconut milk to a boil.
  • Add fried fish, onions, red pepper and coriander leaves.
  • Cover and reduce heat. Allow it to cook for 10-15 mins.
  • :- If you want it to be much more hot(spicy), add 1/2 tsp of chilly powder.
