For preparing Lemon Chicken, mix chicken breast, salt, lemon juice, egg, chilli sauce and 1 tbsp of corn flour in a bowl and soak for about 20 minutes.
Fry the chicken breast in oil.
Slice the fried chicken into pieces vertically and arrange them on a plate.
Heat oil in a pan.
Fry chopped ginger-garlic for few minutes.
Add 1 cup of water, salt, ajinomoto, lemon colour and boil the water.
In a separate bowl, add 1 tbsp of corn flour to little water and add this mixture to the above boiling water.
To the thick sauce, add few drops of lemon juice and pour this sauce on the chicken pieces arranged on a plate.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Tasty Lemon Chicken is ready.
