Leftover Rice Ambado – Cutlets is a delicious snack that comes in handy when you are having cooked rice in excess and is looking for some way to clear it off. Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Left over rice roughly mashed
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin powder Jeerakam
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • Lemon Juice A little
  • Bread crumbs As reqd
  • 1/4 cup Coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 or Green chillies sliced
  • 1 cup Boiled and mashed Potato
  • 1.2 tsp Garam masala Powder
  • Oil For frying
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing Leftover Rice Ambado - Cutlets, mix together all the ingredients except oil and bread crumbs.
  • Roll into balls and flatten them using bread crumbs.
  • In a shallow non-stick pan pour enough oil to fry Leftover Rice Ambado - Cutlets.
  • Slip in the prepared ambado and cook both sides till they are crispy.
  • Remove the fried Leftover Rice Ambado - Cutlets on a kitchen towel and arrange on a bed of onion, and lemon wedges.
