Egg omelette with vegetables

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 no Onion
  • 1 no Green chilly
  • 2 nos Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Vegetables finely chopped
  • Salt As reqd
  • Coriander leaves

Instructions
 

  • Heat a pan to melt the ghee.
  • Fry the chopped vegetables on a low flame.
  • When they are cooked soft, add chopped onions and chopped chillies and fry them.
  • Take a bowl and add the eggs and the cooked vegetables and beat them well with salt.
  • Pour the mixture in the form of dosas and cook it on the both sides.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • :- Serve hot with any rice or bread.
