Egg omelette with vegetables
Ingredients
Instructions
- Heat a pan to melt the ghee.
- Fry the chopped vegetables on a low flame.
- When they are cooked soft, add chopped onions and chopped chillies and fry them.
- Take a bowl and add the eggs and the cooked vegetables and beat them well with salt.
- Pour the mixture in the form of dosas and cook it on the both sides.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- :- Serve hot with any rice or bread.
