Mix the chicken with little salt, egg, and corn flour.
Deep-fry it in oil one by one.
When it turns golden brown in colour, drain and remove.
Heat oil in a pan and add chopped garlic, chopped onions, green chilly and cashew nuts and sautT well till the onions turn brown.
Add salt, sugar and vinegar.
Add soya sauce, tomato sauce with a teaspoon of water.
When the sauce is cooked, add the fried chicken and spring onions.
