Instructions
Preheat frying pan (kadai/cheena chutty).
Fry rava for 5 minutes and keep it aside.
Heat oil or butter in it, add mustard seeds and allow them to splutter.
Add red gram, onions, green chillies, cashewnuts, groundnuts and raisins and fry them well.
Add salt.
Pour water and allow it to boil.
Add coriander leaves.
Add rava slowly while stirring continuously.
Cook for another 4 - 5 minutes.
:- Serve hot.
