*Make them crisp by frying.
For making vegetable stock:

Instructions
For making veg stock:- Mix everything in a pressure cooker, cover it with it¦s lid and boil for 15 minutes. If you want to make a clear soup, don`t mash it. Turn off the gas. Strain using a strainer. Use the liquid for making soup.
For making the soup:- 1)Make vegetable stock.
Add to it mushrooms, carrots and spinach.
Next, add paneer cubes.
Mix ajinomoto, salt and black pepper.
Add soya sauce and sherry.
While serving, add murmure.
:- Serve hot with chilly sauce.
