  • 5 cups Vegetable stock
  • ½ cup *Murmure
  • 1 no Carrot cut into round slices
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • Mushrooms A few
  • 1/2 tsp Ajinomoto
  • 8 - Spinach leaves cut into pieces, Cheera
  • 1 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 100 gm Paneer cut into cubes
  • ¼ tsp Sherry
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper
  • *Make them crisp by frying.

For making vegetable stock:


  • For making veg stock:- Mix everything in a pressure cooker, cover it with it¦s lid and boil for 15 minutes. If you want to make a clear soup, don`t mash it. Turn off the gas. Strain using a strainer. Use the liquid for making soup.
  • For making the soup:- 1)Make vegetable stock.
  • Add to it mushrooms, carrots and spinach.
  • Next, add paneer cubes.
  • Mix ajinomoto, salt and black pepper.
  • Add soya sauce and sherry.
  • While serving, add murmure.
  • :- Serve hot with chilly sauce.

    I looked up murmur in dictionary – it mean to say things quietly? I tried murmuring to dish but no sizzle..maybe i do something wrong? try adding an eno just before serveing instead..that time it sizzles.
