Instructions
Wash the spinach leaves and fenugreek leaves well.
Put all the ingredients except for cream and butter in a pressure cooker and cook it.
Allow it to cool and then, blend it in a mixer.
Put this paste in a pan.
Add salt to it and boil for a few minutes.
Add a little hot water if the soup is too thick.
:- Serve in soup bowls, adding a swirl of cream and a blob of butter.
