Soup Hariyali Soup made with spinach or paalak 2 small Paalak (Cheera)1 cup Peas (fresh or frozen)1/2 cup Fenugreek leaves (Uluva)1/4 cup Green gram(yellow) (Cheruparippu)Ginger (A very small piece)2 nos Garlic pods1 no Green chilly1 no Onion (small)Salt (As reqd)3-4 tbsp Cream1/2 tsp Butter Wash the spinach leaves and fenugreek leaves well.Put all the ingredients except for cream and butter in a pressure cooker and cook it. Allow it to cool and then, blend it in a mixer. Put this paste in a pan.Add salt to it and boil for a few minutes. Add a little hot water if the soup is too thick.:- Serve in soup bowls, adding a swirl of cream and a blob of butter. North Indian
