Ingredients
  

  • 2 nos Carrot grated
  • 1 no Cabbage grated
  • 1 no Beetroot grated
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 2 nos Capsicum finely chopped
  • 200 gm All purpose flour Maida
  • 5 - Potato boiled and mashed
  • 2 nos Onion thinly sliced
  • 5 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 4 tbsp Tomato Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Chilly Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Mix oil and 1 tsp of salt in maida and make a dough.
  • Heat oil in a pan or kadai.
  • Add potatoes and half of cabbage and carrots along with 1 tsp of salt and black pepper and mix well.
  • Leave it to cool it for some time.
  • Shape the above mixture into 5-6 cylindrical cutlets.
  • Make 5-6 chapathis of the dough.
  • On one side of the chapatti, spread little tomato sauce and chilly sauce.
  • Then put cutlet, onion and spread grated cabbage, capsicum, beetroot and carrot.
  • Roll the chapathi and cut into 2-3 pieces.
  • :- Serve hot with tomato and chilly sauce.
