Peanut And Chana-Dal Tikki

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Peanuts Nelakadala
  • 1/2 cup Bengal gram Kadalaparippu
  • 2-3 nos Potatoes boiled
  • 2 nos Onions finely chopped, medium
  • 3-4 nos Green chillies finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp Whole wheat flour Atta
  • Coriander leaves As reqd
  • Salt As reqd
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Grind the roasted peanuts and Bengal gram(channadal) to a coarse mixture.
  • To this mixture, add onions, green chillies, atta, lime juice, finely cut coriander, bread crumbs and salt.
  • Grate the boiled potatoes and mix it too with the above mixture.
  • Roll the mixture into balls, flatten a little bit and shallow fry in a pan. :- Serve it with ketchup or chutney.
