In a pressure cooker, heat oil and add onion, ginger garlic paste, maggi cube, beef, garam masala, turmeric powder and salt as required. Saute for 5 minutes.
Pour 1/4 cup water and pressure cook for 5 whistles.
Open the lid and pour 1 &1/4 cup hot water and add the washed and drained rice into it.
Close the lid and pressure cook it for 1 whistle. After 1 whistle turn off the flame and wait for 10 minutes. Open the lid. Fluff the beef and rice with a spoon.
Serve onto a plate and enjoy with raita, pickle or pappad.
