The choice of rice is crucial for a perfect Pulao. Basmati rice, known for its long grains and fragrant aroma, is the preferred variety. The rice should be aged, as this enhances its ability to absorb flavors and remain fluffy after cooking.

Beef: The Star Protein

For a rich and flavorful Pulao, select cuts of beef with a good balance of meat and fat, such as chuck or brisket. The beef is typically marinated to tenderize it and infuse it with spices, ensuring each bite is bursting with flavor.
