Tahini Salad Dressing | Healthy Tahini Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 2 nos. Cucumber
  • 4 nos. Lettuce leaf
  • 1 nos. Onion
  • 1/2 tsp salt

For Tahini dressing

  • 2 tbsp Tahini
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Garlic chopped

Instructions
 

  • Chop the cucumber, onion and lettuce.
  • In a bowl, mix all the ingredients under tahini dressing. Add a little bit of cold water and whisk well for a more creamier texture. If your tahini dressing is too thick, add a little bit of cold water again and mix again.
  • Add the tahini dressing, salt and mix the salad.
  • The tahini mixture will become watery, then it will shrink, and then again it will become a bit loose while you mix. Adjust ingredients to your liking and serve.
