Homemade Mixed Fruit Jam

Ingredients
  

  • 6 nos Strawberry
  • 1 no. Apple
  • 2 nos. Banana
  • 1 no. Guava
  • 1 cup Brown sugar/White sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vinegar
  • 10 gms China Grass few strands

Instructions
 

  • Soak China grass in water. Wash and do not remove skin of fruits. Devein the apple and cut the fruit into pieces.
  • Grind the fruits to smooth paste. Heat a non stick pan, put the soaked china grass with 1/2 cup water on a low fire and allow it to dissole. Add the fruit pulp to fully melted china gras and keep stirring. The color does start changing and bubbles start rising with the rawness leaving the fruit pulp. Now add sugar and stir.
  • It will be in liquid form, keep stirring until it thickens. Remove the paste from sides and keep stirring till bubbling turns to a deep red color. Off the fire and add the vinegar. Allow it to ool.
