Instructions
Chop all the veggies.
Beat 2 eggs to the bowl by adding pepper powder and salt as required.
To a mixing bowl add oats powder and milk. Add required salt and mix well.
Add chopped veggies into the oats mix.
Pour the egg mixture into it and mix well. Adjust the salt. The mixture must be of a pouring consistency.
Add 1 tbsp oil into the pan and heat it. Set the flame into medium. When the pan is hot enough, pour half of the egg mixture.
When the base is firm enough, flip it. Cook until the other side is fully cooked.
