Oats Egg Omelette

Ingredients
  

  • 2 nos. Egg
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper powder
  • Salt as required
  • 1/2 cup Oats Blend into a fine powder
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 no. Capsicum 
  • 1 no. Onion medium 
  • 1 no. carrot medium 
  • 1 no. Tomato
  • 2 nos. Green chilly

Instructions
 

  • Chop all the veggies.
  • Beat 2 eggs to the bowl by adding pepper powder and salt as required.
  • To a mixing bowl add oats powder and milk. Add required salt and mix well.
  • Add chopped veggies into the oats mix.
  • Pour the egg mixture into it and mix well. Adjust the salt. The mixture must be of a pouring consistency.
  • Add 1 tbsp oil into the pan and heat it. Set the flame into medium. When the pan is hot enough, pour half of the egg mixture.
  • When the base is firm enough, flip it. Cook until the other side is fully cooked.
  • Serve.
