Cut all the veggies and keep it ready.
Melt butter in a pan and fry onion rings, carrot and capsicum by adding pepper powder and a pinch of salt for 2-3 minutes.
Then convert the veggies into a place and melt 1 tsp butter
Toast the inner sides of the bun just as shown in the picture.
Take the lower piece of bun and apply some mayonnaise and add fries vegetables.
Place a plain omelette or bullseye on top of it.
Place a cheese slice above the bullseye.
The add sliced cucumber, cabbage leaf pieces and remaining fried vegetables. Apply some mayonnaise on the inner sides of the bun piece and place it over the burger.
Juicy and yummy Egg Burger is ready now.
