Ingredients
  

  • 2 nos. Burger Bun Divide each burger into two halves.
  • 1/2 piece  Capsicum 
  • 1/2 piece Onion
  • 2 nos. Cheese slice
  • 1 no. Carrot small
  • 2 leaves  Cabbage
  • 2 nos. Egg
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • Pinch Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1+1 tsp Butter

Instructions
 

  • Cut all the veggies and keep it ready.
  • Melt butter in a pan and fry onion rings, carrot and capsicum by adding pepper powder and a pinch of salt for 2-3 minutes.
  • Then convert the veggies into a place and melt 1 tsp butter
  • Toast the inner sides of the bun just as shown in the picture.
  • Take the lower piece of bun and apply some mayonnaise and add fries vegetables.
  • Place a plain omelette or bullseye on top of it.
  • Place a cheese slice above the bullseye.
  • The add sliced cucumber, cabbage leaf pieces and remaining fried vegetables. Apply some mayonnaise on the inner sides of the bun piece and place it over the burger.
  • Juicy and yummy Egg Burger is ready now.
