Take powdered oats, semolina and rice flour into a bowl.
Add cumin, green chilly, curry leaves and salt as required. You can opt what all you want to add to this dosa batter according to your taste.
Add normal water and keep it for fermentation for 10 minutes.
A loose batter consistency is the perfect batter consistency.
Now pour the batter on the tawa when the tawa is really hot. Reduce the flame after pouring the batter. Always stir the batter before pouring into the tawa. Rice powder will help the dosa to be crispy.
