Heat ghee in a pan and roast the banana till well cooked and golden brown in colour.
Then add sugar and cardamon powder. Mix well for 30 seconds.
Now add the arrowroot solution into the banana. Combine well.
Cook it for 5 minutes on low to medium flame. The more you keep on low flame, the thicker it gets. So if you want a less thick consistency, you can switch off the flame within 2 minutes of the mixture thickening
Remove from the fire. Let it cool and transfer into a serving plate.
