  • Add the arrowroot powder into a bowl.
  • Add water and mix well.
  • Heat ghee in a pan and roast the banana till well cooked and golden brown in colour.
  • Then add sugar and cardamon powder. Mix well for 30 seconds.
  • Now add the arrowroot solution into the banana. Combine well.
  • Cook it for 5 minutes on low to medium flame. The more you keep on low flame, the thicker it gets. So if you want a less thick consistency, you can switch off the flame within 2 minutes of the mixture thickening
  • Remove from the fire. Let it cool and transfer into a serving plate.
