Oats Ulli Dosa | Oats Jeera Dosa

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Oats powdered 
  • 1 & 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 10 nos. Shallots chopped
  • Salt as required
  • Oil

Instructions
 

  • Powdered the oats.
  • Take a bowl, add powdered oats, water, cumin seeds and salt as required.
  • Add chopped shallots and mix well. Add more water if required to get the correct consistency like dosa.
  • Heat a pan, pour a ladle full of batter on the tawa. Spread it in a circular motion to make dosa and cook it using little oil till it turns golden brown in colour from both sides.
  • Serve it hot along with any veg or non-veg curry
